Hi Everyone,
As a non Police person, firstly I am supporting both the state wide PCYC organisation and it's mission to assist young , disadvantaged and "at risk" children and I am also supporting the NSW Police Legacy's largest annual fundraiser for all deceased and badly injured in the line of duty NSW Police Force Officers. I have an ongoing involvement with both these great Charities.
For NSW Police Legacy I am raising funds for them to continue providing essential financial assistance, social programs and experiences to the widows, widowers and dependent children of deceased police officers. NSW Police Legacy also provides counselling assistance to assist all suffering from post traumatic stress.
The PCYC group operates 60 clubs throughout NSW, helping disadvantaged local youth with supervised programs designed to mentor , guide and encourage youth with educational ,life skills and sports programs to help kids improve their lives no matter what their background is.
Strong mentoring by trained staff, gives the kids much needed guidance and direction to improve their lives in our communities.

The Trustee For NSW Police Legacy
NSW Police Legacy is the NSW Police Force Charity. Established in 1987 it was initially founded to support the bereaved families following the loss of their loved one. Now, our support extends to include police officers and their families experiencing challenging times in their lives. Our police family has grown to include not only families suffering from loss and grief, but those experiencing misfortune that require extra support. Our committment is to build on the care and support of serving and retired police officers and their families during times of tragedy and need with financial assistance, emotional support and networking opportunities so they are never forgotten. http://www.policelegacynsw.org.au/
